ERPNext Functional Implementer

About the Role

Teslm is seeking an ERPNext Functional Implementer to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role involves implementing and configuring ERPNext solutions based on specific business requirements. The successful candidate will work directly with clients, analyze business processes, and provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ERPNext solutions according to defined business requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and analyze their business processes.
• Support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct thorough testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide comprehensive user training to ensure effective system adoption.
• Offer post-implementation support to address any issues and ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in ERPNext implementation.
• Proven experience in business requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with various ERPNext modules, including Accounting, Sales, CRM, Purchasing, Inventory, HR & Payroll, Projects, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience supporting go-live activities and providing post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills, essential for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into ERPNext solutions.
• Problem-solving skills for addressing implementation challenges and user issues.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective ERPNext solutions.
