About the Role of F&B Manager

Hilton is seeking an F&D Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing various outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. The F&D Manager will ensure high standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction while focusing on profitability and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Monitor and achieve departmental revenue, profitability, and cost-control targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase food and beverage sales.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Control labor costs, food costs, and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food hygiene standards.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the F&B team to enhance performance and engagement.
• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee procurement of food and beverage supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal requirements.
• Plan and support special events, promotions, and banquet operations.
• Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Collaboration and Objectives

The F&D Manager will work closely with the Culinary, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams. This collaboration is essential for achieving departmental and organizational objectives, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining high standards across all food and beverage services.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant food and beverage management role. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of F&B operations, financial management, and team leadership.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role may involve responsibilities across various Hilton properties in cities such as Jeddah and Makkah.
