Role Summary

Accor is seeking an F&B Outlets Manager in Makkah to oversee and support the daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets. This full-time role focuses on ensuring consistent high-quality service and an exceptional guest experience across all restaurants and bars. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and emphasizes strong operational leadership, floor supervision, team performance, and compliance with hotel and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Conduct regular floor observations to ensure compliance with service standards, sequences, presentation, ambiance, and employee conduct.
• Ensure a consistent guest experience across all F&B outlets.
• Lead and support outlet managers, supervisors, captains, and team members in achieving operational and service objectives.
• Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction, sales targets, and average check performance.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct and support daily pre-shift briefings, focusing on operational priorities, guest service, upselling, and promotions.
• Monitor guest experience during service and proactively address issues and complaints.
• Follow up on guest feedback, internal audits, and action plans for continuous improvement.
• Support the achievement of outlet revenue, upselling, and commercial targets.
• Ensure proper execution of menus, promotions, special events, and F&B activations.
• Identify opportunities to improve suggestive selling, upselling, and overall dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
• Prepare and review operational reports, performance updates, and action plans.
• Collaborate with F&B Management and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on operational commitments and initiatives established by the Food & Beverage Management team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experienced and hands-on professional in Food & Beverage operations.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of service standards and operational procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, within a hotel that is part of the Accor network. The role involves working closely with F&B management and other hotel departments to maintain operational excellence.
