About the Role

AmCan International Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, and maintaining strong relationships within the retail landscape across various cities including Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, Medina, Tabuk, Abha, Khamis Mushayt, Jazan, and Najran.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales, forecast, and collection targets within designated territories.
• Ensure high forecast accuracy and contribute to demand planning cycles.
• Detail and train store pharmacists, salesmen, and trainers on the full brand portfolio (Optimum Nutrition, Dymatize, BASIX, and others), including key selling points and customer target segmentation.
• Meet with purchasers and business owners to align on monthly expectations and required actions.
• Maintain planogram compliance, product availability, and visibility in stores.
• Manage stock re-allocation across accounts to prevent legacy stock issues.
• Monitor and report on shelf prices, expiry dates, promotional activations, and competitor activities, with supporting documentation.
• Implement and maintain all Point of Sale Materials (POSM) across trade channels.
• Ensure all company brands are listed and actively sold in every account.
• Open new accounts to expand distribution across the Western, Southern, and Northern regions, including regular coverage of remote areas (Makkah, Taif, Madinah, Tabuk, Abha & Khamis, Jizan & Najran) as per agreed frequency.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly plans and reports on schedule, and finalize monthly orders within agreed cut-off dates.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Solid knowledge of the KSA retail landscape, including pharmacies, supplement stores, gyms, hypermarkets, and gas stations.
• Valid Saudi driving license and a transferable Iqama.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and Excel for follow-up.

Work Location

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with travel required to cover various cities and remote areas across the Western, Southern, and Northern regions.
