Field Sales Representative

About the Role

Nestlé is seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage and drive sales within the Makkah region, specifically covering the Jeddah and Makkah areas. This full-time position focuses on developing strong customer relationships and collaborating with retail personnel to achieve both short-term and long-term performance objectives. The ideal candidate should reside in the Jeddah area.

Role Purpose

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for delivering the overall value of retail (VOR), which includes driving sales, securing displays, introducing new items, and ensuring core distribution of Nestlé products. Key activities involve comprehensive coverage of Nestlé items, addressing systemic issues such as out-of-stocks, accelerating new item distribution, optimizing shelf share, ensuring price compliance, and promoting product sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers through in-person and phone communication to ensure product knowledge.
• Sell incremental volume for displays and secure maximum support for promoted products.
• Identify and sell additional products based on observed opportunities.
• Work with targeted customers to create and execute business reviews that drive sales volume.
• Manage financial resources responsibly.
• Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
• Verify compliance with pricing guidelines at the retail level.
• Report competitive price changes and promotional support, and resolve competitive pricing issues.
• Identify and correct product voids, ensuring the availability of new items.
• Merchandise products to achieve schematic compliance, rotate stock, handle unsellable products, and resolve systemic out-of-stock and void problems.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with department and store-level personnel within the assigned area to maximize sales results.
• Communicate market insights from the retail level to management.

Location

This position is based in the Makkah region, with primary coverage in Jeddah and Makkah. Candidates are expected to reside in the Jeddah area.
