About the Future Talent - Services Sales Analyst Role

Tetra Pak is seeking highly motivated recent graduates to join its Future Talent Programme as Services Sales Analysts. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Makkah Region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah. The program is designed for individuals graduating in 2025-2026, offering a structured 18-month development journey starting in September 2026.

Programme Overview

The Future Talent Programme provides a comprehensive trainee experience within Tetra Pak. Participants will engage in an individually designed development plan, working on specific projects and integrating with the broader Tetra Pak organization. The program includes training sessions and job rotations across various departments to foster personal and professional growth, offering a foundational experience for a career within Tetra Pak.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Services Director and Services Sales team in developing the Services sales strategy, including analyzing sales opportunities using internal data sources such as the Services Sales Pipeline, CRM (Salesforce), and Power BI reports.
  • Assist in Services Sales Forecasting by utilizing historical data and market/opportunity analysis to identify future sales potential.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team and management.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand market conditions, competitors, and Services categories, providing actionable insights.
  • Monitor overall Services sales performance using CRM (Salesforce) and guide Services Leads and Opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Services sales team, including SKAMs, Services Sales Managers, and Inside Sales Managers, as well as other stakeholders.
  • Participate in potential rotations and assigned tasks in other teams throughout the program.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Graduation in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills combined with a business orientation.
  • An innovative mindset with the ability to think quickly and solve problems.
  • Previous international studies and/or work experience are considered advantageous.
