About the Future Talent Programme - Sales Analyst

Tetra Pak is offering an opportunity for recent graduates or individuals nearing graduation in Saudi Arabia to join their Future Talent Programme. This programme provides a permanent position at the Tetra Pak office in Riyadh, designed to foster career development for highly motivated individuals. The programme includes an individually tailored 18-month development plan connected to a specific role within the Tetra Pak organization.

Programme Structure and Development

Participants will engage in a structured development journey that includes various trainings and job rotations across different departments within Tetra Pak. This approach aims to help individuals explore their potential, grow personally, and gain comprehensive knowledge of Tetra Pak's business operations. Collaboration with colleagues globally is an integral part of the experience. Upon successful completion of the programme, graduates will be appointed to a new role within Tetra Pak.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Analyst within the Future Talent Programme, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and analyzing sales data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Supporting sales forecasting by utilizing historical data and market analysis to determine future sales potential.
  • Preparing reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to the team and management.
  • Conducting in-depth market analysis, including competitor and category insights, to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with other internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Participating in job rotations throughout the programme and undertaking assigned tasks within the Packaging Sales Team.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Completion of education in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering, with graduation anticipated in 2025-2026.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A collaborative approach, with a natural ability to build relationships and networks.
  • Comfort and aptitude for working in an international environment.
  • Analytical skills combined with a business-oriented mindset.
  • An innovative mindset, characterized by fast thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous international studies and/or work experience are considered advantageous.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, permanent position based at Tetra Pak's office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is part of a development programme designed for individuals eager to learn and grow within a global organization.
