About the Sales Analytics Specialist Role

Albaik Food Systems Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Analytics Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on leveraging data to support sales planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and drive business growth through strategic insights and recommendations. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and business data to inform decision-making.
• Develop sales forecasts, demand planning models, and performance reports aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs), revenue trends, and identify potential opportunities and risks.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports for management review.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business performance assessments.
• Support budgeting, sales planning, target setting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting tools, databases, and performance tracking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Business Analytics, Commercial Planning, Forecasting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Lookups, dashboards, and forecasting models.
• Experience in sales forecasting, demand planning, budgeting, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence and data visualization tools is highly preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
