About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to provide comprehensive support and services throughout the guest's stay, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction with the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively offer a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
• Handle operational needs and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Prepare necessary reports as required.
• Share information on local points of interest to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure that all guest transactions are integrated into the overall experience.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The Guest Experience Expert will also be hands-on in their work, which involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds ( kg) without assistance. All assigned tasks must be performed accurately to ensure guest satisfaction and business continuity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is necessary.
• No specific license or certification is required for this position.
