The Head Chef Position

Blue Limits Group is seeking a Head Chef to join its culinary team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality cuisine, and managing kitchen staff. The role also involves controlling costs and continuously improving culinary offerings to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Core Responsibilities

• Plan and design menus.
• Supervise food preparation and presentation standards.
• Maintain stringent food safety and hygiene standards across all shifts.
• Manage kitchen staff, including organizing schedules and providing training to team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and control food costs effectively.
• Liaise with suppliers and collaborate with management to align culinary offerings with brand standards and guest expectations.
• Continuously improve existing recipes and introduce seasonal specials.
• Actively participate in creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Head Chef position must possess over 10 years of experience in a relevant culinary leadership role. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage comprehensive kitchen operations, lead and develop a team, and consistently maintain high culinary standards.

Work Setting

This is a full-time, on-site role. The primary work location will be in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, serving properties within the Makkah region.
