Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Manage departmental costs and adhere to budgetary constraints.
  • Respond to and handle guest complaints and problems effectively.
  • Participate in human resources activities such as hiring and training staff.
  • Ensure proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available for all employees.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess a high school diploma or GED, along with 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related fields. Alternatively, candidates with a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related area are also encouraged to apply, even without prior work experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership and management abilities to motivate team members to provide excellent service.
