Housekeeping Attendant

About the Role

Jumeirah is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join the Housekeeping Department at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah. This full-time position involves maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest rooms and hotel areas, ensuring a high standard of presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove dirty bedding items, soiled bed linen, pillow covers, napkins, and soiled bathroom linen, replacing them with fresh items.
• Report unpleasant smells (*, drainage, cigarette, musty) to the Team Leader.
• Maintain responsibility for hotel property within the work area, reporting any damaged or missing items.
• Perform deep cleaning of bathrooms.
• Clean closets and door tracks in check-out rooms, removing dust and debris.
• Dust and polish all furniture.
• Realign furniture according to the floor plan.

Work Environment and Location

This role is based at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The hotel is situated minutes from Masjid Al Haram and features a range of dining venues, retail outlets, a gym, executive lounge, and meeting spaces across four towers. Guests experience views of the Grand Mosque and diverse culinary offerings.

Compensation

An attractive salary, paid in Saudi Riyals (SAR), will be offered for this full-time position.
