Role Overview

Hilton is seeking a Kitchen Coordinator to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role involves providing essential administrative and operational support to department managers, contributing to the smooth functioning of kitchen operations and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for daily office operations, including word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all guest interactions.
• Manage communication by answering telephones, handling email correspondence, and processing other communications efficiently.
• Organize and manage travel bookings for department managers.
• Assist with departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments as required.
