About the Role

Al Salama Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking a Legal Advisor to manage in-house legal matters. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be comfortable collaborating with both in-house and external legal counsel on various legal issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to various internal departments within the firm.
• Collaborate with other in-house and outside counsels as required for specific legal matters.
• Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements.
• Take preemptive measures to identify and mitigate potential legal risks and conflicts.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in legal practice.
• Demonstrated ability to draft various types of agreements.
• Experience in addressing compliance issues.
• Proficiency in participating in negotiation discussions.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with duties that may involve work in Jeddah. The Legal Advisor will operate within a professional legal consultancy environment, engaging with diverse legal challenges.
