About the Role: Luxury Tech Consultant

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant for a full-time position at Dyson Westfield Mall in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This role involves achieving individual and collective sales targets while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The consultant will also support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives within the store. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountability for store-level sell-out targets.
• Building relationships with category managers at the store level.
• Monitoring daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
• Supervising, motivating, and managing a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sell-out targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities.
• Improving individual Expert performance and skills.
• Ensuring appropriate stock levels in assigned stores.
• Fostering a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results.
• Addressing and resolving any performance issues.
• Ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service.
