At Lucid, we are committed to introducing the most captivating luxury electric vehicles. We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of mechanical systems in our Body in White (BIW) lines.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on BIW mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize production interruptions.
  • Develop maintenance schedules in line with OEM standards.
  • Ensure jigs and fixtures maintain reliable dimensional performance.
  • Coordinate with engineers to establish calibration plans for equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Support installation of new equipment in the BIW line.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train maintenance technicians on best practices.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends.
  • Generate reports on incidents and corrective measures.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in the automotive industry.
  • Hands-on experience with BIW equipment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and TPM principles is a plus.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong mechanical systems knowledge.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Familiarity with TPM, CMMS tools, and lean maintenance practices.
  • Hands-on experience with robotic systems is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
