Role Overview and Impact

The Microbiologist Specialist is responsible for conducting microbiology testing across various critical areas, including water, environmental samples, cleaning and sanitization processes, and finished products. This role involves developing robust testing plans, coordinating sampling activities, and meticulously reviewing results to identify potential microbiological risks. The specialist will play a key part in supporting corrective actions, ensuring strict adherence to both company standards and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive microbiology testing plans.
• Coordinate sampling activities across various operational areas.
• Review testing results thoroughly and identify microbiological risks.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate microbiology testing efforts with Quality, Sanitation, Production, R&D, and technical teams.
