We are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our Makkah, DMK2 warehouse. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for motivating a team and ensuring they meet productivity targets aligned with company goals. Your strong leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining productivity standards and creating a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities.
• Manage and train Associates to provide the best service to customers.
• Ensure fulfillment of customer orders following quality and safety guidelines.
• Communicate critical shift-related information to management.
• Adjust labor allocation to meet operational plans.
• Engage with support functions to address performance issues.
• Solve logistics challenges through data analysis and process optimization.

Essential Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts.
• Willing to work up to 40 hours a week with possible overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering-related fields.
