Role Overview

As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and presentation of all pastries and desserts within the hotel. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, ensuring that every culinary creation enhances the overall hospitality experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pastry operations, overseeing the preparation, execution, and presentation of pastries and desserts while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Produce high-quality pastries, including breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, and desserts, following standard recipes for restaurants and banquets.
• Enhance menu offerings by creating and implementing new pastry recipes and seasonal menus to elevate the dining experience.
• Ensure quality and presentation by decorating pastries and cakes with creativity and precision, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Manage product inventory, maintaining an adequate supply of prepared products and ensuring proper storage for freshness and quality.
• Inspire and develop the team by supervising and supporting team members, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience
