Job Description
About the Role
Napco National is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our team in Makkah. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute to our commitment to quality and manufacturing excellence. The QC Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
This role involves systematically monitoring and evaluating the entire manufacturing process to ensure adherence to quality standards and to drive continuous improvements in engineering and manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing various materials and products, utilizing lab equipment, and identifying any deviations from established standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, collect, and interpret a range of raw data from various sources to evaluate and analyze results.
- Create reports based on data analysis to assist in the decision-making process across different work aspects.
- Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long-term objectives.
- Operate all steps and activities for required production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other applicable instructions.
- Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are attained.
- Drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements based on evaluations and data.
- Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products.
- Utilize simple to complex lab equipment for inspection and testing against performance and standard limits.
- Ensure all inspections and tests are conducted according to engineering and procedural standards to uncover and address deviations.
