Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role

KMAS-SA is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager for a full-time position in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves overseeing the operations and performance of multiple restaurant branches, focusing on enhancing efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of several restaurant branches.
• Monitor and work to increase sales, while tracking costs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead and manage restaurant managers and their respective operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards, and continuously enhance the customer experience.
• Analyze operational performance data and implement strategic improvement plans.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple restaurant branches.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with restaurant chains and involvement in new branch openings.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and general restaurant management software.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves managing operations across multiple locations.
