About the Role: Return Officer

Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا is seeking a Return Officer to join our operations team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who possess a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities, playing a critical role in managing returned items.

Role Overview

The Return Officer will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of returned goods, from initial receipt and verification to accurate inspection, documentation, and system updates. This role requires seamless coordination with various internal teams to ensure efficient processing and maintain the highest standards of operational integrity within our return handling procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify returned items, quantities, and all related documents.
• Inspect and accurately classify returned products based on their condition.
• Update return transactions precisely within the designated system.
• Coordinate effectively with Warehouse, Inventory, Quality Assurance (QA), and Returns teams regarding any discrepancies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all return activities.
• Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines during all return handling processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of professional experience is required.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or returns processing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage operational tasks efficiently.
