About the Role

Amazon is seeking a PL Logistics Coordinator MENA PL and Direct Imports to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting the MENA 3PL team, specifically in managing the Vendor Returns business across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on enhancing vendor experience by effectively managing Vendor Returns (VRET) metrics and ensuring smooth operational flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage third-party logistics (3PLs) providers within Saudi Arabia for all Vendor Returns operations.
• Maintain accountability for program metrics related to Vendor Returns performance.
• Collaborate with various internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations for removals processes.
• Prepare and provide monthly reporting on Vendor Returns activities and performance for Saudi Arabia.

Required Technical Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Quicksight dashboards.
• Prior experience working with logistics in last-mile deliveries.

Role Context and Collaboration

This position requires active collaboration with various internal and external partners, including 3PLs, business teams, internal stakeholders (IH), and Fulfillment Centers (FCs). The objective of these collaborations is to continuously improve the vendor experience within the Vendor Returns program, ensuring operational efficiency and metric achievement.
