Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves coordinating sales unit activities, managing customer relations, and supporting branch and showroom managers with clerical and logistical tasks. The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance against market trends and preparing regular reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales unit and customer relation management, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Provide clerical and logistical support to the Branch Manager and Showroom Manager.
• Conduct vehicle reservations and cancellations in coordination with the Logistics Department and Stockyard as needed.
• Prepare customer invoices and warranties in coordination with the Logistics Department.
• Update pending and sold deals within the filing system and train the sales team on filing procedures.
• Prepare and update weekly walk-in follow-up reports in coordination with sales executives.
• Gather acquired sales reports, survey sales movement against the market, and prepare monthly sales forecasts and reports.
• Prepare invoices and update information on sold and lost deals.
• Perform calculations, generate quotations, process transfer requests, and manage cheque receipts.
• Offer ideas and suggestions to contribute to sales development and constructive perceptions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Secondary Certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field.

Required Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with customers.
• Good knowledge of modern sales methods.
• Ability to complete sales documents efficiently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring coordination across various sales and logistics units.
