About the Role

Danfoss is seeking a Sales Driver (Saudi National) to play a key role in accelerating the growth of our BOCK commercial reciprocating compressor portfolio across Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa. This full-time position involves expanding market access, strengthening customer relationships, and driving profitable business growth through our sales organization and channel partners. The role offers flexibility to be based in Dubai (UAE), Riyadh, or Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). For candidates based in Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi nationality is a mandatory requirement in accordance with local hiring regulations.

Role Purpose and Contribution

In this regional capacity, you will act as the bridge between the product division and regional sales teams. Your primary objective will be to ensure strong growth strategies while helping customers find efficient and sustainable refrigeration solutions. Your work will directly influence business performance, customer success, and market development across a diverse and rapidly evolving region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the regional sales strategy for BOCK compressors and translate business priorities into measurable growth across Turkey, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Partner with sales teams and channel partners to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities with both existing and new customers.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts to increase market share and expand customer engagement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strengthen value propositions and support business decisions.
• Provide commercial guidance on pricing, profitability, product availability, marketing initiatives, and strategic product launches to support sustainable growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial roles within refrigeration, HVAC/R, compressors, or related industrial technologies.
• Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration applications and the ability to communicate technical value to customers and partners.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering or engineering-related field of study, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to develop growth plans, influence stakeholders, and drive execution across multiple markets or regions.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within Danfoss. You will collaborate with colleagues and customers across multiple countries and cultures. The role can be based in Dubai (UAE), Riyadh, or Jeddah (Saudi Arabia). Candidates applying for positions based in Riyadh or Jeddah must hold Saudi nationality.
