About the Sales Engineer Role
Qureos is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop, manage, and grow B2B sales opportunities for Adwaa Factory's electrical products. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in sales engineering within the electrical products sector.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for:
- Developing, managing, and expanding B2B sales for Adwaa Factory's electrical products.
- Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into successful projects.
- Conducting client visits, meetings, and presentations for consultants, contractors, and corporate buyers.
- Preparing technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals while ensuring profitability.
- Providing pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Tracking, managing, and reporting sales pipeline progress to management.
- Maintaining long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy recommendations.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in electrical products, lighting, or power solutions.
- A strong record of successful project sales and business development achievements.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
Required Skills and Attributes
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently, with a self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market and clients within the electrical sector is preferred.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position located in the Makkah region, serving clients in Jeddah and Makkah.
