About the Sales Executive Role

Hilton is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue for the hotel/cluster. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
• Cultivate and expand existing customer accounts, including local travel to increase market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster.
• Negotiate and finalize group and corporate bookings, preparing contracts in alignment with established pricing strategies.
• Support business growth through the development and implementation of local marketing initiatives tailored to the market.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to create guest experiences and develop comprehensive sales programs.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide timely updates to Sales leadership.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests to support conversion and satisfaction.
