Job Objectives:
- Managing and implementing sales channel management strategies through POS and annual sales plans/targets.
- Ensure achieving the sales targets assigned by the CSO to the indirect sales function.
- Establish the proper sales network of point of sales locations covering both penetration & expansion in main cities or targeted remote areas.
- Monitor & enhance the quality performance & activations generated from the indirect sales channel leading to quality sales and long-term revenue in alignment with sales strategy.
- Design indirect sales commission schemes to fulfill Lebara’s overall strategy & profitability.
- Escalate updated market feedback related to competitors.
- Resolve operational obstacles affecting overall performance negatively.
- Strengthen and increase the number of sales points to increase market share versus competitors.
- Support and guide partner teams to ensure product availability at all sales points.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market visits to POSs and groceries in the area of responsibility.
- Ensure stock availability across all sales channels.
- Ensure product awareness across all sales channels.
- Achieve assigned sales targets across various sales channels.
- Solve problems within various sales channels.
- Ensure sales channel satisfaction and loyalty towards Lebara.
- Maintain efficiency and effectiveness in time to market.

Minimum Job Qualifications Requirement:
- High school diploma / Bachelor’s / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.

Minimum Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales or a related field.
