The Role of Sales Supervisor

Oud Elite is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support branch operations in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves monitoring sales activities, inventory movement, branch performance, and staff compliance to ensure smooth retail operations and the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular branch visits and monitor daily operations.
• Follow up on sales invoices, inventory transfers, and branch reports.
• Supervise product displays and promotional materials in branches.
• Identify branch issues and support problem resolution.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with company standards.
• Support sales development and achievement of regional targets.
• Conduct periodic and surprise inventory checks.
• Ensure branches maintain a professional appearance and operational standards.
• Coordinate branch operational needs and follow up on POS and banking devices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
