SO Original Art and Beauty Jeddah is seeking a dedicated Salon Manager/Supervisor to lead operations within the Makkah region, specifically covering our locations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is central to ensuring the high standards of service and operational efficiency across our salons.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee all aspects of salon operations and to implement strategic initiatives aimed at achieving performance targets. The Salon Manager/Supervisor will ensure adherence to established procedures and maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, implement, and update business and marketing plans to drive salon growth.
• Manage the financial budget, control costs, and prepare comprehensive revenue and expense reports for owners/board of directors.
• Ensure the salon’s operating procedures and policies manuals are consistently implemented and updated as required.
• Supervise daily salon operations and liaise with department heads to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards.
• Assist in the development and updating of the salon menu to reflect current trends and client preferences.
• Effectively manage client feedback, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Reference and abide by the Salon’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals in all aspects of management.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in salon management or a supervisory role within the beauty industry. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage operations, financial aspects, and staff effectively.

Work Schedule and Conditions

The role requires flexibility to work shift hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the operational demands of the salon. This is a full-time position.
