Key Responsibilities

• Perform specific and moderate portions of broader engineering assignments.
• Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established procedures.
• Execute detailed or routine engineering assignments, including calculations and tests.
• Propose solutions to new problems by modifying standard procedures or leveraging methods from previous assignments.
• Identify discrepancies in results and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level engineers on technical concepts and best practices.
• Perform work in accordance with agreed-upon budget and schedule, requiring minimal supervision.
• Independently complete all tasks for primary design elements of engineering works.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design calculations, specifications, and engineering reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements for mechanical utilities systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and project management, to optimize system performance and reliability.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and oversee testing protocols to verify design integrity and system functionality.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
• Recommend process improvements and efficiency enhancements for mechanical utility systems based on performance analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed engineering assignments and calculations.
• Proficiency in developing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Experience in mechanical utilities systems is required.
