Spa Manager 'Saudi Female '

About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Spa Manager (Saudi Female) to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of employees who deliver spa services, including salon, skin care, program coordination, reservations, reception desk, massage, and locker room areas. The role focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while achieving operational budget goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate spa service delivery across all areas, including salon, skin care, massage, and reception.
• Assume responsibilities of the Spa Director in their absence.
• Ensure employees have necessary supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
• Manage supplies and equipment inventories within budget constraints.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa facilities and equipment.
• Understand the department's financial impact and work to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.

Customer Service Excellence

• Set a positive example for guest relations and interact with guests to gather feedback on service and product quality.
• Handle guest problems and complaints effectively.
• Empower employees to deliver excellent customer service and emphasize guest satisfaction in departmental meetings.
• Focus on continuous improvement in service performance.

Human Resources Activities

• Solicit employee feedback through an open-door policy and review satisfaction results to address concerns.
• Ensure employees understand expectations and parameters, escalating issues to management or HR as needed.
• Observe employee service behaviors and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in employee progressive discipline procedures and ongoing recognition programs.
• Review comment cards and guest satisfaction results with employees.
• Support new hire training and ongoing training initiatives for spa employees.
• Foster collaborative relationships within the team and recognize contributions.
• Ensure consistent application of property policies and adherence to SOPs/LSOPs for disciplinary procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in spa operations and management. The ability to comprehend budgets, operating statements, and payroll reports is essential for financial management support. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to manage a diverse team and ensure high standards of guest service.
