Role Overview
Kidana is seeking a Sr. Specialist HR Operations to join its team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the human resources department. The specialist will be responsible for implementing HR processes and procedures, managing HR technology systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in HR operations.
- Implement and manage HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Manage HR technology systems, such as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software, ensuring systems are up-to-date and functioning properly.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including standards like the Fair Labor Standards and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
- Manage HR data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and up-to-date information; develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations issues and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.
- Collaborate with other HR teams and stakeholders to ensure HR operations are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Required Experience
Candidates for this position are required to have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR operations or a similar capacity. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
HR Technology and Data Management
A key aspect of this role involves the proficient management of HR technology systems, including HRIS and other specialized software, to ensure their optimal functionality and accuracy. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining precise and complete HR data, utilizing it to generate reports and dashboards that inform strategic HR decisions.
Compliance and Employee Relations
The Sr. Specialist HR Operations will ensure strict adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations, such as the Fair Labor Standards and the Family and Medical Leave Act. This role also involves providing essential guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, alongside effectively managing employee relations issues and promptly addressing concerns.
Work Location
This full-time position is based in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring a dedicated presence to support on-site HR operations.
