About the Role

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking a Store Manager (Fashion Retail) to lead a team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving store business, achieving sales targets, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. The Store Manager will represent the company and brand values through all customer and team interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store business and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Build a base of loyal VIP customers through recruitment and retention strategies.
• Manage the team and ensure full adherence to brand guidelines and store processes.
• Provide a clear vision to the team regarding business objectives and store directions.
• Identify, develop, and retain strong talent within the team.
• Foster a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and fairness.
• Act as a liaison for employees, sharing feedback, challenges, and concerns with the line manager.
• Ensure transparent implementation of performance improvement plans.
• Develop an omnichannel mindset among the team by promoting various customer experience touchpoints (physical and digital).
• Implement client approach techniques with a focus on VIPs, leveraging customer data to cater to their needs and preferences.
• Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers by providing excellent experiences and consistent networking.
• Ensure all operating standards are followed, from stock replenishment to organizing displays according to brand visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain healthy floor coverage by analyzing historical traffic data and anticipating peak hours.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a managerial role leading a fashion retail store.
