About the Supervisor Accounting Role
Four Points by Sheraton in Makkah is seeking a Supervisor Accounting to join their team. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in accounting procedures.
Core Responsibilities
The Supervisor Accounting will be responsible for a range of accounting tasks to maintain financial integrity. Key duties include:
- Verifying the accuracy of figures, postings, and financial documents.
- Organizing, securing, and maintaining all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Recording, storing, accessing, and analyzing computerized financial information.
- Classifying, coding, and summarizing numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records using journals, ledgers, and computers.
- Preparing, maintaining, auditing, and distributing statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Completing period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
- Preparing, reviewing, reconciling, and issuing bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
- Following up on and resolving past due accounts and vendor invoices until full payment is received or the issue is resolved.
Team Collaboration and Professional Conduct
This role involves coordinating tasks and working effectively with other departments. The Supervisor Accounting is expected to serve as a departmental role model or mentor, ensuring work tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards. Adherence to all company policies and procedures is mandatory, including maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, and protecting company assets. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential, as is the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
Physical Requirements
The position may require the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. The company also reserves the right to request other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.
