Introduction to the Role

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a Technician Erection TL to join our team in Makkah or Jeddah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to contribute to critical infrastructure projects in the region.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary objective of this role is to effectively manage sub-contractor and departmental resources. The Technician Erection TL will ensure the achievement of desired productivity in tower erection and all related activities, consistently meeting client satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tower assembly and rigging, including the construction of steel tower sections at heights using manual hoists, winches, and cranes.
• Ensure structural alignment by verifying vertical alignment, precise bolting, and correct torque tightening of tower members in accordance with SEC specifications.
• Provide stringing support to the stringing crew, assisting with conductor pulling, tensioning, and sagging operations using pullers and tensioners.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant technical or construction role.
• Demonstrated safety knowledge and strict adherence to SEC HSE requirements, including the proper use of full-body harnesses, fall protection equipment, and compliance with ISMS safety regulations.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings accurately.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing work at heights.
• Possession of a valid medical fitness certificate.
