At Rotana Hotels, we are seeking passionate and dynamic Front Office professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Valet Parker, your primary responsibility will be to manage guest vehicles efficiently while providing a welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and promptly provide parking tickets.
  • Deliver cars within 5 minutes upon request.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services to assist guests with their inquiries.
  • Perform effective handovers with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
  • Conduct control tours at the main entrance to ensure cleanliness.
  • Address guest complaints by forwarding them to your superiors.
  • Safeguard guest car keys and keep meticulous records of all parked vehicles.
  • Build and maintain positive public relations with guests, meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Ensure efficient management of airport and crew transport if applicable.
  • Provide courteous assistance to all clients and colleagues at all times.
  • Abide by driving regulations of the UAE.

Requirements:
You should have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, possess good command of written and spoken English, and hold a valid driving license. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, friendly, proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure.

  • Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
