About the Role:
As a Warehouse Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, organization, and management of warehouse operations. Key duties include:
  • Managing the receipt and dispatch of materials and goods.
  • Ensuring compliance with protocols and proper storage.
  • Preparing and presenting documentation and reports related to warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee material receipt, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and QA standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and logs.
  • Monitor material quantities and manage inventory levels.
  • Prepare and organize storage areas according to quality standards.
  • Issue Goods Received Notes and manage stock transactions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Saudi national.
  • 23 years of experience.
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP and material safety data sheets (MSDS).
  • Good English language skills.
