The Role of Real Estate Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Consultant (استشاري مبيعات عقارية) to join our full-time team in Jeddah and Makkah. This role is integral to our sales operations, focusing on client engagement, relationship building, and achieving sales targets within the dynamic real estate sector. The consultant will serve as a key point of contact, guiding clients through the entire property sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive clients and provide comprehensive real estate consultations tailored to their needs.
  • Follow up with potential clients consistently to facilitate and complete the sales process.
  • Achieve established monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review.
  • Coordinate effectively with relevant internal departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in real estate sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, with a preference for Odoo experience.

Required Skills

  • High-level negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Location and Work Type
