Requirements:

• High school diploma as a minimum (preferably a diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field).
• Experience of no less than 2-3 years in the sales field, including at least one year in a supervisory position.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage and guide the team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• The ability to achieve sales targets and analyze performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the sales team and monitoring daily performance.
• Setting sales plans and contributing to achieving targets.
• Following up with current customers and attracting new clients.
• Preparing periodic sales reports and submitting them to management.
• Training and developing the sales team and motivating them.
• Monitoring the market and competitors and suggesting development opportunities.
