About the Role

Recruit Lytics Hiring is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist (Arabic) to join their team. This full-time, remote position is based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing professional and timely support to Arabic-speaking customers across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and English when required.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company processes.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication with all customers.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving common issues, identifying root causes.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within CRM or support systems.
  • Track open cases and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Ensure all customer communications meet company quality and service standards.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed.
  • Stay updated on product changes, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in customer support. Essential qualifications include:

  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Good English communication skills are required.
  • A strong customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Previous customer support experience is considered a plus.
