Required Operations Manager for Hotels Tasks: Daily management of cleanliness and maintenance quality for all properties Ensuring compliance with standardized operating procedures for each property Reviewing work orders and ensuring they are closed on time Following up on critical malfunctions and intervening immediately to resolve them Preparing the monthly preventive maintenance plan Following up on the readiness of units before guest entry Managing customer service reports and directing them to the teams Following up on the preparation of new properties before operation Distributing and directing site supervisors and field teams Monitoring the performance of cleaning and maintenance workers on-site Visiting properties weekly to conduct a comprehensive field evaluation ensuring compliance with standardized operating procedures Managing warehouses and monitoring inventory of tools and materials (asset and inventory control) Reporting recurring malfunctions and suggesting solutions (monitoring and analyzing problems) Ensuring compliance with occupational safety policies measuring guest satisfaction related to operational quality

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional activities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Valid driving license (preferred, depending on location)
