About the Role

Dallah Al Baraka Group is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Medina. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience, providing essential HR services and support to employees. The specialist will contribute to maintaining day-to-day administrative activities within the HR department.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for delivering general HR services and support, leveraging foundational knowledge of HR issues in at least one key area. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures through diligent administrative activities and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and controlled execution of tasks.
• Implement daily HR operations to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and compile employee data into various reports to meet internal and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate projects and events, providing logistical support for key HR initiatives.
• Deliver a range of HR services to internal customers, including necessary follow-ups, to address employee HR needs.
• Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates to facilitate a smooth selection process.
• Assist in preparing various HR documents to ensure the efficient functioning of the HR department.
• Draft memos and emails to maintain transparent communication with all relevant parties.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in a relevant HR role.
• Demonstrated understanding of general HR principles and practices.
