About Al-Daif and the Programs Management Role

Al-Daif is a Medina-based company dedicated to designing and operating high-quality programs for visitors, connecting them with the city's rich heritage and history. We are seeking a versatile and fast-learning individual to join our team in a Programs Management role. This full-time position is located in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and is open at three levels—Intern, Specialist, or Lead—depending on the candidate's experience and the scope of responsibility.

Role Overview and Purpose

This role is central to the successful delivery of Al-Daif's visitor programs, encompassing a broad range of activities from conceptual design to on-ground execution. The successful candidate will be involved in ensuring program quality, providing comprehensive support to participants, coordinating essential logistics, and contributing to marketing efforts. This position requires 0-1 year of experience, making it suitable for individuals eager to develop a diverse skill set in program management.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of program content.
• Coordinate the on-ground execution of programs.
• Monitor program execution quality and implement actions based on feedback.
• Communicate with and provide support to participants before, during, and after each program.
• Coordinate all logistical aspects, including venues, vendors, and scheduling.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing content for programs.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• 0-1 year of professional experience.
• Demonstrated versatility and a strong ability to learn quickly.
• Capacity to manage diverse responsibilities including program design, execution, quality assurance, participant support, logistics, and marketing.
• Ability to adapt to the requirements of an Intern, Specialist, or Lead level role.
