يتطلب هذا الدور مهارات عالية في المبيعات والتعامل مع العملاء. سيكون من مسؤولياتك بيع مجموعة متنوعة من السلع والخدمات للعملاء، مع تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات وخصائصها، بالإضافة إلى القيام بعملية الدفع واستقبال المدفوعات.
المهام الرئيسية:
  • بيع مجموعة من السلع والخدمات للعملاء.
  • توفير المعلومات المتعلقة بالمنتجات واستخداماتها وأسعارها.
  • مراقبة مستويات المخزون والحفاظ على ترتيب المتجر.
  • إصدار طلبات لشراء المنتجات والتعامل مع المنتجات الواردة.
  • تولي أمور الدفع وتلقي المدفوعات.
  • معالجة طلبات استبدال المنتجات والمرتجعات وفقاً للسياسة المتبعة.
المتطلبات:
  • مؤهل دراسي: المرحلة الثانوية.
  • خبرة في المبيعات أو التسويق الهاتفي.
  • مهارات متقدمة في خدمة العملاء.
  • التعامل مع الجمهور بفاعلية.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية بشكل متقدم.
الميزات:
