About the Receptionist Role

مركز مستر راحة الرياضي is seeking a Receptionist to join their team in Najran. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience to manage front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and receive visitors and clients, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to the relevant departments or individuals.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and records.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and reservations.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Make internal calls to gather necessary information.
  • Arrange interview appointments as required.
  • Adhere strictly to established procedural guides, company policies, and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience
