- Identify strategic opportunities and lead the development of tailored proposals.
- Analyze client requirements and provide viable project estimates.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities aligning with client needs.
- Oversee project pricing and maintain effective client communication.
- Utilize LinkedIn and other tools to generate leads and enhance business development.
- Manage recruitment and development of team members.
- Gather business requirements to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct client meetings via video calls, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical sales or client engagement within the IT/software industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and understanding client acquisition strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools and solid project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
