Monitoring and tracking expected delivery shipments, receiving spare parts, and signing delivery documents.
Documenting devices and their accessories, and logging daily device issues.
Conducting necessary routine and preventive maintenance on devices.
Answering user inquiries regarding device issues and providing solutions or directing them to relevant departments.
Ensuring system states include required software, escalating major faults to suppliers or maintenance officials.
Preparing technical reports and enhancing work methods using modern technologies.

Requirements:

Saudi nationality with at least 2 years of experience in technical support.
High school education.
Advanced skills in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Proficiency in Arabic.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting from 4000 SR and requires working six days a week.
