We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer who speaks Hindi, located in Neom, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support and addressing inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain customer information in the system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist customers with card issuance and handling any grievances during transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and maintain customer confidence.
  • Stay updated on promotions, packages, and communicate new offers to customers.
  • Open CIF for new customers and handle customer complaints efficiently.

Required Skills:

Candidate Profile:
