Specialist Operational Performance Intelligence

About the Role

LUMA Energy is seeking a Specialist Operational Performance Intelligence to join their team in Neom, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves analyzing operational processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities that advance departmental initiatives and strengthen operational systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational processes, systems, KPIs, and metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement that support operational excellence.
• Analyze operational data using established tools and techniques, and research industry trends and best practices to generate insights that inform decision-making and future enhancements.
• Recommend targeted improvements to processes and practices to increase efficiency, strengthen overall performance, and integrate emerging technologies where applicable.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document operational requirements, ensuring alignment with established goals and facilitating clear, structured communication.
• Draft and coordinate workshops, meetings, and presentations to capture requirements, manage expectations, and communicate results, tools, and process updates effectively.
• Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of tracking, reporting, and automation systems while maintaining proficiency in operational management tools such as Storms, OMS, and Dispatcher.
• Support project execution by helping define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure successful outcomes.
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
• Participate in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
• Perform additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in operational performance analysis or a related field. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess performance metrics and implement improvements.
